Eucor

Three major projects, events and a call for proposals.

1.     Seed Money 2023: The new call for projects is available and open until 7. September 2023.

With a maximum of 60 000 € per project, this funding supports projects in the field of Teaching or Research, Innovation and Transfer. Eligible projects must bring together partners of at least two Eucor member universities, with at least two European Campus countries being involved. Selected projects will receive financial support, at the earliest, counting from 1 February 2024, and for a maximum duration of 24 months. The application must be completed online.

 

2.     The recent association of the University of Basel to the European University Alliance EPICURthrough Eucor – The European Campus offers support for innovative forms of collaboration in the field of education & student mobility with the EPICUR-Network, in which Eucor researchers are welcome to participate. Sustainability is a particularly relevant theme, as it is one of EPICUR’s key themes (as well as European Identities). Thanks to successful third-party funding (Movetia),funds can be made available for networking meetings, for the design and implementation of joint courses and for student mobility.

3.     The Conference „Transforming towards a sustainable society - challenges and solutions”taking place from October 11 to 13, 2023, at KIT Karlsruhe, Germany, will bring together scientists and interested experts from various fields of sustainability-related research, technology, innovation, economy, and politics. The conference is being held in frame of the KIT Science Week 2023.

It is still possible to submit a contribution until 31.08.2023 (Call for Papers deadline), or to register until 15.09.2023.
